ILIADA採用來自希臘著名的卡拉馬塔市(Kalamata)的橄欖，享有P.D.O產區認證，果實飽滿不軟爛呈現Kalamata品種特有的深紫色，風味清香不酸澀，有橄欖屆的玉荷包之稱。已去籽方便品嚐，風味微酸、微鹹、微脆而回甘，生產過程採自然發酵，浸泡在鹽水中，可以廣泛運用在各種料理中，像是沙拉、義大利麵、披薩。
