唯一在米蘭製作的節慶蛋糕
米蘭聞名全球的數樣事物中,一定不能缺席的就是節慶蛋糕了! 從米蘭開始發跡,到如今已是義大利從北至南家家戶戶聖誕佳節餐桌必備的佳餚,但最正統的就是在發源地米蘭生產的節慶蛋糕。

我們是唯一且最後一家在米蘭以工業化規格生產聖誕蛋糕的廠商。現有廠址只離1944年闖史的烘焙坊距離數百公尺遠。持續傳承四個世代以來,曾曾祖父Angelo Vergani創始留下的好味道。

美味節慶蛋糕的秘訣
天然酵母就是節慶蛋糕美味的秘訣。直到今日,我們都依然使用自1944 年傳承下來的老麵來製作。遵循米蘭傳統,以棉布包裹並每日培養三次。超過70 年、每年365 天不間斷,同一個酸麵種被使用來製作我們Vergani 節慶蛋糕。



In 1944, in Milan, Angelo Vergani, an enthusiast of confectionery, opened his business and specialised in the production of Panettone. In a short time, he became known and appreciated in town and, after more than 70 years of activity, the company, which today is located a few hundred metres from the first confectionery, bakes 600,000 panettoni every year, made with the same ingredients and care as in the past.

The Vergani Panettoncino Limoncello is a miniature delight (just 100g), combining the tradition of panettone with a fresh and innovative touch. Prepared with natural leavening and carefully selected ingredients, this little masterpiece is free from citrus peels and raisins, to best enhance the authentic and delicate flavour of limoncello. Each bite reveals a soft fragrance, enriched by the citrus scent of limoncello, adding a lively and unique touch.
