來自150年歷史的酒莊~
根據法規，酒精濃度12%以上，橡木桶陳釀最少一年才能稱之為”SUPERIORE”
Superiore 是介於Valpolicella & Amarone之間的葡萄酒，他比基本款的Valpolicella更加圓潤、滑順，酒精含量更高，酸度更低，但卻不像Amarone那樣飽滿而有力。

製成:

自然風乾葡萄3-4個月、橡木桶陳釀12個月、裝瓶陳放6個月，已達最終平衡

濃郁厚實、強烈香氣，變化萬千，中度丹寧的成熟酒體，帶有些許礦物味(紫羅蘭與杏仁)

北義特有風乾葡萄釀酒法的果香與餘韻，表露無遺

試飲16-18°C，醒酒40分鐘以上，更能凸顯風味

適合搭配: 硬質或有點重口味的起司、紅肉

2014年曾被VIVINO評選為全球前4％的佳釀

deep ruby red.

BOUQUET:
full-bodied, typical and intense

notes of violets and almonds.
